The Ryanair European Pilots' Association (REPA) and the REPA website were established in 2004 to provide an anonymous and secure way for Ryanair pilots throughout Europe to communicate with each other. The REPA site allows Ryanair pilots to freely express their views on a range of industrial, safety and professional issues.
REPA membership is exclusive to Ryanair pilots. This includes Ryanair "contract pilots" and Ryanair trainee pilots.
REPA membership will continue to be free at least until a review in 2007. The arrangements to be put in place at that time have yet to be decided, but will be discussed with members on the REPA site and agreed with the elected REPA Base Representatives.
To join you must register with REPA. All applicants are screened individually, so membership validation can take between one and three days. Once your application has been accepted you will be able to access the REPA Bulletin Board and post messages under a fully confidential user name (and which you will choose as part of the registration process).

REPA was
launched in October 2004 by
IALPA and
BALPA with the support of the
ECA. REPA provides a confidential website and Bulletin Board
where you can exchange information and points of view with your
colleagues in Ryanair. This site is the only independent place
where information and notices for the exclusive attention of
Ryanair pilots can be read.
January 2007: Registered membership of REPAweb.org now exceeds 1,000. The site enjoys a high, and increasing level of visits from members.
The Information and Discussions Forums include the following:
* REPA Announcements and Newsletters
* Meet the Press
* Documents and Publications
* Employment Issues
